Return Policy
1. Conditions for Return

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Final sale items are non-returnable.

For items that arrive incorrect, incomplete, or damaged (wrong model, missing quantity/accessories, torn/broken packaging, etc.), customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos or relevant documents to request a return/exchange.
2. Return Shipping & Fees

For change-of-mind returns (no defect): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee applies.

For defective/incorrect/short-shipped items reported within 48 hours: no restocking fee applies. Guidance on shipping responsibility will be provided by our customer care team.
3. Return Method & Location

Customers can return products in person at our office/store or by post after obtaining a return authorization.
