Return Policy

1. Conditions for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Final sale items are non-returnable.

  • For items that arrive incorrect, incomplete, or damaged (wrong model, missing quantity/accessories, torn/broken packaging, etc.), customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos or relevant documents to request a return/exchange.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

  • For change-of-mind returns (no defect): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee applies.

  • For defective/incorrect/short-shipped items reported within 48 hours: no restocking fee applies. Guidance on shipping responsibility will be provided by our customer care team.

3. Return Method & Location

  • Customers can return products in person at our office/store or by post after obtaining a return authorization.

  • Please contact us first before sending back any item to ensure smooth processing.
